• The billing for the self-isolation package is submitted from the network Hospital to the Leader
• The service package system at the facilities that have collaborated with the Hospital / Leader network provider includes doctor fees, drugs and other costs including accommodation, meals and other costs
• Maximum Benefit according to duration of treatment. As long as there is confirmation from the Referral Hospital/Provider due to full availability, the Referral Hospital/Provider can inform if the service is carried out at a facility that has collaborated with the Leader Network Provider/Hospital

• Eligibility : Any person age between 0 y.o up to 99 y.o (last birthday)
• This insurance policy is only for Indonesia inbound travelers and applied only for foreigners (not eligible for Indonesia nationals)
• This insurance policy must be purchased prior to travelling to Indonesia
• Only one policy is allowed for one insured person
• Renewal (foreigner only) : The policy must be renewed before expiry date
